1. United in the Holy Spirit (Acts 2)

Principle 1: God’s people are identified by the indwelt Holy Spirit

2. United in Faith (Romans 11)

Principle 2: God’s sovereign choice of His people is an act of love & grace

3. United in Diversity (Ephesians 4)

Principle 3: God’s people grow to be like Christ through the work of the Holy Spirit.

1. Faithful Wittness Dispose Pressure (Daniel 1 & 2)

Principle 1: God honors His people when they obey & stand up for Him.

2. Courage to Trust God in All Situations (Daniel 6)

Principle 2: God can be trusted for the consequences of obeying Him.

3. God Wins (Daniel 7)

Principle 3: Events in history are guided by God towards the return of Jesus Christ to reign.

1. Message to Philadelphia (Revelation 3:7-13)

Principle 1:  Jesus rewards those who hold on to Him in faith

2. Message to Laodicea (Revelation 3:14-22)

Principle 2: God's people are to trust Him rather than in the things of this world.

Aim: Jesus calls His people to "hold on" to Him & trust Him.

My heart is filled with thankfulness
To Him who bore my pain;
Who plumbed the depths of my disgrace
And gave me life again;
Who crushed my curse of sinfulness
And clothed me in His light
And wrote His law of righteousness
With pow'r upon my heart.

My heart is filled with thankfulness
To Him who walks beside;
Who floods my weaknesses with strength
And causes fears to fly;
Whose ev'ry promise is enough
For ev'ry step I take,

Sustaining me with arms of love
And crowning me with grace.

My heart is filled with thankfulness
To him who reigns above,
Whose wisdom is my perfect peace,
Whose ev'ry thought is love.
For ev'ry day I have on earth
Is given by the King;
So I will give my life, my all,
To love and follow him.
