Jesus is the Light of the World (John 8)

Aim: Jesus is the light that overcomes darkness & the power of sin.

 

1. Jesus Forgives Sin (John 8:1-11)

Principle 1: Jesus receives sinners but calls them to turn away from their sin.

 

2. Jesus Exposes Sin (John 8:11-30)

Principle 2: Jesus’ light leads to true life through faith in Him

 

3. Jesus Gives Freedom (John 8:31-59)

Principle 3: Jesus’ truth brings freedom from sin’s falsehood and control.
