Principle 3: God justifies sinners by their trust in Jesus Christ
Justification is by Faith Alone
1. Boasting (Romans 3:27-28)
Principle 1: Faith undercuts all boasting
2. Faith (Romans 3:29-31)
Principle 2: God is committed to those who respond to him through committed faith
Have to aviod the temption of the world ... love of money 💰 will draw me away from Jesus

Romans 3:21-26
Aim: God provides the way for anyone to be declared right with Him!
1. Romans 3:21-24
God’s Righteousness is Revealed in His Word
Principle 1: Righteousness is a gift from God only through faith in Jesus Christ.
2. Romans 3:25-26
God’s Righteousness is revealed in His Justice
Principle 2: Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross declares God is just and is the justifier of all who believe in Jesus.
Aim: All are under sin & unable to change themselves
No One Righteous
1. No defence to Continuing Sin (Romans 3:1-8)
Principle 1: Sin is inconsistent with God’s righteous character and is worthy of His judgement.
2. No One is Righteous (Romans 3:9-18)
Principle 2: All people are depraved and helpless to change themselves
3 category of sins
A. Our character is depraved
B. Our Speech depraved
C. Our Conduct is depraved
3. No One Escapes Judgement (Romans 3:19-20)
Principle 3: God’s law reveals our sin and our need for a saviour
